Angela Stamedes, Sydney, Australia, Winning Youth: This 19 year old  has spent the last four years of her life suffering from an eating disorder, relentlessly hospitalized after each failed rehabilitation stint. Finally, Angela wants to turn her life around and overcome her obsession with food through her passion for art. I believe that through all of her struggles, Angela has come out of the tunnel as a stronger person and is undeniably willing to alter her life and make a career out of her extraordinary talent. This is why she is a winner in my community.  By Kiriko Quayle
